Asia Paradise Travel provide below Term & Conditions and apply to clients who agree confirm the booking within following sections.



All confirm bookings must be received via email ([email protected]) or our travel consultant mail or fax.



We require 30% deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation your booking. Our Travel Consultant will send you the online payment link via your email.

The remain balance 70% have to be settled upon arrival our country at our offices. We advise client to pay in cash to reduce any processing fees that may affect client cost.



We accept Visa Card, Master Card and JCB. We are working with Onepay, it is a Leading Payment Processing Company in Vietnam since 2006, providing payment gateway. Your Credit Card will be protected during the transmission.

Our Travel Consultant will create the online security payment link and send you via your email for settle the deposit. Please add 3% of processing fee.


All payment settled by bank transfer will be require 15 days before your arrival date. Fees to be paid by client.

Client will receive confirmation documents within 24 hours after we have received the deposit.



For any cancelation, client must be send by email or fax

From 59 - 21 days prior to the arrival date: 30% charged to total tour price.

From 20 – 7 days prior to the arrival date: 50% charged to total tour price.

From 6 – 1 days prior to the arrival date: 100% charged to total tour price.

No-Show: 100% on total charge.



We provided below sections that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room. If require an extra bed for children, it is fully charged as adult. 

Children from 7 – 11 years: 75% of Adults price

Children from 2 to 6 years: 50% of Adults price

Children under 2 years: Free of charge



Pleased to ensure that you have adequate protection against disease. You should contact your doctor for the latest medical advice on the vaccinations you need, no less than two months before your trip.

The travel insurance is not included in the tour price, we are highly recommending client to contact and get local health insurance carrier before traveling.



Asia Paradise Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.

Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by clients.



Client passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

Passports must have enough blank pages for entry and exit immigration stamps.
