Welcome to Luang Prabang – a local guide of Asia Paradise Travel will greet you and accompany you to hotel in town. Check in the hotel and enjoy the evening at the night market on your own.

To begin, you will meet at Tamarind Restaurant on the banks of the Nam Khan River. From there, the chef will guide you to the local market by Tuk-Tuk. The market provides an amazing opportunity to discover a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, meats and fishes. When the shopping is done, you’ll be taken to the cooking venue which is about 8 km away from the city. There, you will be shown how to prepare traditional dishes and how to combine the different flavors of different regions. Everybody will create a dish and lunch will be a wonderful time to sit and enjoy the culinary masterpieces that have just been prepared.

Later today, free on your own for sunset, climb up to the top of Phu Si Mountain for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa, and the sunset view of the city and the Mekong River.

After breakfast, you will continue to explore LuangPrabang with the city’s oldest temples of WatSene and WatXieng Thong

This is a magnificent piece of architecture temple and also the most important religious sites in Laos. It’s also located at the meeting of Nam Khan and Mekong River.

Later today, driver to the Pier and take a cruise along the Mekong about two hours upstream from the centre of Luang Prabang, and discover the numerous Buddha images at Pak Ou Caves. On return, visit the traditional rice alcohol village.

Afterwards, you will walk around Ban Pak Ou Village, a small Laotian fishermen’s village on the Mekong River, and continue to Ban MuangKeo village, where you can learn about Traditional Lao textiles and easy find a Local handcraft gift.

Later today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Vientiane. Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up and transfer to the city center. Check in the hotel and relax.

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to meet your chef for the day. Then travel by tuk tuk to the local market for a unique tour and a tasting experience so you can learn to pick the right ingredients for your cooking class.

Return to the Cooking Center, Learn to make traditional dishes and desserts, you will also learn how to cook, Laap, Mok Pa… Sticky rice…Laos Salad..
Enjoy your Lunch and afternoon you are start to visit Vientiane Sightseeing.

First up is a visit to WatSisaket, the only temple to be left intact after the Siamese invasion in 1828.

A photo stop will be made at Wat Phra Keo, before moving on to the Patuxai monument - also called Anousavari. Next you will go to climb the Arc De Triomphe of Laos, Patuxai for fantastic panoramic views. Continue on to That Luang, the holiest place in Laos, and WatSimuang, the most popular and venerated temple in Vientiane.

In the early morning, we drive to the airport without guide to catch your short flight to Pakse. Upon arrival at Pakse airport, our guide and driver will pick you up and continue the trip to Bolaven Plateau, an area of highlands situated to the east of Pakse, home to various hilltribes, such as Lavens from which the region gets its name.

Stop at Tad Lo, home to three separate waterfalls featuring stunning drops of crystalline water. In the afternoon, continue to Tad Yuang& Tad Fane waterfalls, stopping en-route to visit a coffee and/or tea plantation. Return to Champasak, check in the hotel.

Evening today, enjoy the Shadow Puppet Show back to the 1950s.

Breakfast at the hotel and we disembark at this ancient town and afterwards continue by car to Wat Phou, the most important Hindu sanctuary of the Khmer, another World Heritage Site. It contains some of the most ancient Khmer architecture, dating back to the 7-11th centuries.

After visiting, you will be transfer to Don Daeng. Check in the hotel and free to relax.
