DAY 1 Vientiane Arrival

On arrival in Vientiane, you will be welcomed by Asia Paradise Travel tour guide and get transferred to hotel in Vientiane – the country’s charming capital, with its laidback riverside ambience, and alluring monuments.

DAY 2 Vientiane City Tour Cooking Class

Breakfast at the hotel and you will be transferred to meet your chef for the day. Then travel by tuk tuk to the local market for a unique tour and a tasting experience so you can learn to pick the right ingredients for your cooking class.

Return to the Cooking Center, Learn to make traditional dishes and desserts, you will also learn how to cook, Laap, Mok Pa… Sticky rice…Laos Salad..
Enjoy your Lunch and afternoon you are start to visit Vientiane Sightseeing.

First up is a visit to WatSisaket, the only temple to be left intact after the Siamese invasion in 1828.

A photo stop will be made at Wat Phra Keo, before moving on to the Patuxai monument - also called Anousavari. Next you will go to climb the Arc De Triomphe of Laos, Patuxai for fantastic panoramic views. Continue on to That Luang, the holiest place in Laos, and WatSimuang, the most popular and venerated temple in Vientiane.

DAY 3 Vientiane – Fly to Luang Prabang City Tour

Breakfast at your hotel and you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Luang Prabang. Welcome on arrival and transfer to the city center.

Start to explore LuangPrabang with the city’s oldest temples of WatSene and WatXieng Thong. With Wat Sene Souk Haram, this is one of the most beautiful temples in Luang Prabang, singular by its restored painting of a deep ochre colour, flamboyant and glittering with gold.

Wat Xieng thong is a magnificent piece of architecture and also important of Lao monasteries and remains a significant monument to the spirit of religion. It’s also located at the meeting of Nam Khan and Mekong River.

The next will be former King’s Palace and the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, later today; you are ready for sunset, climb up to Phu Si Mountain for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa and sunset view of the city and the Mekong River.

DAY 4 Luang Prabang Cooking Class

To begin, you will meet at Tamarind Restaurant on the banks of the Nam Khan River. From there, the chef will guide you to the local market by Tuk-Tuk. The market provides an amazing opportunity to discover a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, meats and fishes. When the shopping is done, you’ll be taken to the cooking venue which is about 8 km away from the city. There, you will be shown how to prepare traditional dishes and how to combine the different flavors of different regions. Everybody will create a dish and lunch will be a wonderful time to sit and enjoy the culinary masterpieces that have just been prepared.

DAY 5 Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave – Khuang Si Waterfall

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Pier for morning Cruise, after two hours upstream along Mekong River, you will discover the numerous Buddha Image at Pak Ou Cave.

After the cave, you also visit the traditional rice alcohol village.

Afterwards, walk around Ban Pak Ou Village, a small Laotian fishermen’s village on the Mekong River, and continue to Ban MuangKeo village, where you can learn about Traditional Lao textiles and easy find a Local handcraft gift. Return to LuangPrabang by boat.

On return, we continue driving to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths, later today; you are return to Luang Prabang and the rest of the time at leisure.

DAY 6 Luang Prabang – Departure

Enjoy your breakfast and our guide and driver will come to pick up you to the airport for your flight home.
