After breakfast, our guide and driver will pick you up and continue the trip to Bolaven Plateau, an area of highlands situated to the east of Pakse, home to various hilltribes, such as Lavens from which the region gets its name.

Stop at Tad Lo, home to three separate waterfalls featuring stunning drops of crystalline water. In the afternoon, continue to Tad Yuang& Tad Fane waterfalls, stopping en-route to visit a coffee and/or tea plantation. Overnight in Bolaven Plateau.

Breakfast at the hotel and we disembark at this ancient town and afterwards continue by car to Wat Phou, the most important Hindu sanctuary of the Khmer, another World Heritage Site. It contains some of the most ancient Khmer architecture, dating back to the 7-11th centuries.

Next, you will continue on to Nagasang, for a driver to the largest island in the South Mekong river region known for its 4000 islands.

You will stay in one of the beautiful Island of Ban Khone where you can sometimes see Irrawadee dolphins.

Breakfast at the hotel then continue your journey to visit KhonePapheng waterfalls- a waterfall located in Champasak Province on the Mekong River in southern Laos, near the border with Cambodia. It is the largest in south-east Asia which spans 14km in width of the mighty Mekong River.

Khone Phapheng also is listed as the world's widest waterfall.  More akin to tumbling rapids than a waterfall, it is still quite impressive, especially during the rainy season when the water is running fast and furious.

Drive back to Don Daeng in the late afternoon. Check in the hotel and relax

Have breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy a free morning, afternoon driving to Pakse Airport to catch your flight to Luang Prabang. On arrival, our driver will pick you up to the hotel for check in.

Breakfast at your hotel then you continue to explore Luang Prabang with the city’s oldest temples of Wat Sene and WatXieng Thong.

With Wat Sene Souk Haram, this is one of the most beautiful temples in Luang Prabang, singular by its restored painting of a deep ochre colour, flamboyant and glittering with gold.

Wat Xieng thong is a magnificent piece of architecture and also important of Lao monasteries and remains a significant monument to the spirit of religion. It’s also located at the meeting of Nam Khan and Mekong River.

The temple structures are decorated in various ways with gilded stuccoes as well as doorways and the main slim has a marvelous 'tree life' mosaic pattern on an outer wall.

Later today, driver to the Pier and take a cruise along the Mekong about two hours upstream from the center of Luang Prabang, and discover the numerous Buddha images at Pak Ou Caves. On return, visit the traditional rice alcohol village.

Afterwards, walk around Ban Pak Ou Village, a small Laotian fishermen’s village on the Mekong River, and continue to Ban MuangKeo village, where you can learn about Traditional Lao textiles and easy find a Local handcraft gift. Return to LuangPrabang by boat.

You are recommended to get up early, around 5.30 to 6.30am to visit Vat Nong temple. Here, you will witness The Tak Bat ceremony ("TAK BAT" means giving alms to monks). In this ceremony, from the early morning Thai people go to the temple and bring food with them. They are filling monks’ bowl with food such as rice, soft drinks, cakes and so on… This ceremony happens in peaceful and respectful atmosphere. That’s why we recommend that you should wear decent clothing when watching the rituals or if you want to save this moment, you should take photos from a distance to show your respect.

 

After breakfast, our guide and driver will come to pick you up and start to visit the National Museum, once a king’s palace. A lovely collection of personal artifacts of the family as musical instruments, photos and gifts were displayed inside, also from the dignitaries of foreign countries

Leave the town to visit the Hill Tribe villages of Hmong and Khmu people.

Continue driving to the beautiful Khouangsi Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths, return to Luang Prabang at and rest of the time at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel; depart for Vang Vieng through an astonishing landscape of limestone karsts. Visit a few villages along the road before reaching Vang Vieng.

On Arrival, you will start your trip by taking a boat to Nam Song River. It is a popular tourist destination because many people enjoy seeing the Laotian countryside while going down the river in the inner tube or in a kayak. After enjoying enchanting view of the river, transfer back by private vehicle.

Or you can have optional tour to one of the famous Cave in Vang Vieng, and visit the local villages.

After your breakfast at the hotel then you will start with a 15km ride north to the first cave, Tham Xang (Elephant Cave), the cave lies on the banks of the Nam Song River. Our guide will provide to you the information about history of the caved and temple, from thousands of years ago to more tales of recent decades. Experience the local life of Laos’ farm and also walking through the rice fileds. Reaching the cool spring water where you will have change to swim or go tubing up to 500 meters inside the cave.

And then walk to enjoy with our free BBQ lunch at our small private hut in the middle of green rice filed, its best position to see green scenery rice filed and the mountains surround, after lunch walk back to the truck, and drives to Ban Vieng sa mai, the kayak starting point in dry season. Where river kayaking guide trains and gives you the paddle instructions before paddling downstream Nam song river to many small funny rapids and enjoy seeing the scenery of the incredible mountain karts along both side of the river to Zip line at Tham None to have the rest and enjoy green scenery around on the top of Phar none view point, and then a guide learns you the Zip line instructions, you’ll be so fun with flying over the forest 1292 m (6lines, 1bridge) around Phar None, After this we then continue kayaking downstream back to Vangvieng before the sun set.

After breakfast, you are free to relax, afternoon today drive to Vientiane (about 3 hours). On the way, we will see some breathtaking scenery en route as we pass through spectacular countryside towards the mountainous region. A short break for your photos and visit the busy colorful market of Hill Tribes in Thalat will give you a good experience of Laos’s people.

On arrival, check in the hotel and relax on your own.

Breakfast at the hotel, first up is a visit to WatSisaket, the only temple to be left intact after the Siamese invasion in 1828.

A photo stop will be made at Wat Phra Keo, before moving on to the Patuxai monument - also called Anousavari. Next you will go to climb the Arc De Triomphe of Laos, Patuxai for fantastic panoramic views. Continue on to That Luang, the holiest place in Laos, and WatSimuang, the most popular and venerated temple in Vientiane. You can also visit Talat Sao, the morning market, for a bit of souvenir buying (silk and silver jewellery are good bets) and an insight into daily life for the people of Vientiane.

Complete your morning with a visit to the excellent COPE exhibition centre, highlighting the Lao people's continued day-to-day struggle with the unexploded ordnance as a result of heavy bombing campaigns during the Vietnam War era.

Lunch will be on your own and afternoon we will drive 25km out of the city to visit the famous Buddha Park. It is home for over 200 statues of Buddha and characters of Hinduism made by concrete, especially the enormous Buddhist statue which is 40m in length propping its arm. Furthermore, there are many other statues in shapes of human, Godheads, animals and Lucifer. Meal: Breakfast,
